  1. About Jim Dickey

    Jim Dickey was the head football coach at Kansas State University from 1978 to 1985. While at Kansas State, he compiled a record of 25 wins, 62 losses, and 2 ties. He led Kansas State to their first bowl appearance in the Independence Bowl for the 1982 season, where they lost to the University of Wisconsin.

    He is the father of the former Kansas State quarterback and football coach Darrell Dickey.[http://www.ksl.com/?nid=294&sid;=810358]
